Mission Statement

To treat young children with developmental delays and emerging social concerns in the earliest months and years of life, in order to give every child we serve the chance to develop to his or her fullest potential and gain the greatest success and enjoyment of learning and life.

What is ABA?

For children who fall on the Autism spectrum, StarBright Applied Behavior Analyst offers a comprehensive and intensive approach known as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA focuses on increasing desired behaviors and reducing problematic behaviors through the use of reinforcement, shaping, prompting and other behavioral principles. StarBright’s ABA therapy is highly individualized and developed to meet the specific needs of each child.

At StarBright, we apply and incorporate in all our work the latest academic research and best clinical practice in the fields of child development, early childhood mental health, special education, and other therapeutic services in order to provide the highest quality of educational and therapeutic services to young children and their families.

Alisa Lanzetta   founded Starbright after 15 years working as a special education teacher with Applied Behavior Analysis as her specialty. In 2010 she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and in 2014 a licensed behavior analyst.
